The St. Kitts Nevis Restaurant Week 2017 is in full swing and we were asked to take photos of the lunch special that Arthur's, Belle Mont Farm's Sea-To-Fork Restaurant is offering from July 19-30, 2017.
The lunch features Mahi Mahi or Chicken Breadfruit Tacos with Yam Gnocchi Gratin, Grilled Garden Vegetables and Salad Greens with Passion Fruit Dressing. For dessert you get Mango Mousse + Coconut Sorbet with Dark Chocolate Cookie Crumbs.
You know what the best part about this job was? That we got to eat all the food we photographed. It was delicious! ;)
